Back in 2019, I watched too many promising investment opportunities fall apart because the wrong people ended up in rooms together. You know the feeling – when someone's priorities clearly don't match the group's direction.

That's when we decided to focus on something different. Instead of just matching investors with deals, we started building communities where people actually understand each other's investment philosophy.

It took us three years to figure out the right approach. But by 2022, we were seeing investment groups that stayed together for multiple projects, with members who genuinely supported each other's goals.

She's particularly good at helping established investors mentor newcomers without feeling like they're giving away competitive advantages.
